Kalyani group confirms possible deal of 307 ATAGS for Indian Army by early 2024

Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL) has confirmed that the request for quotation has been submitted to the Ministry of Defence for the procurement of 307 Advanced Towed Artillery Gun System (ATAGS) and the Defence Ministry will finalize the agreement within the next six months, potentially paving the way for a contract signing in early 2024.

In March this year, Defence Acquisition Council (DAC) led by Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh approved the procurement proposal of the Indian Army for the 307 ATAGS.

Kalyani group also delivered an undisclosed number of ATAGS guns to Armenia last week. possible deal of 307 ATAGS for Indian Army by early 2024 IgMp
