“Two LeT Terrorists Killed in Encounter with Security Forces in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir”

Two terrorists belonging to the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district. The encounter began in the early hours of Tuesday in the Alshipora area of Shopian.

According to the Kashmir Zone Police, the two terrorists have been identified as Morifat Maqbool and Jazim Farooq, also known as Abrar. They were wanted in connection with the killing of Kashmiri Pandit Sanjay Sharma.

Security forces are currently engaged in the ongoing operation.
