ADE under pressure from MoD to windup user trials of TAPAS MALE UAV & Archer SR-UAV
Archer Short Range UCAV (Formerly known as Rustom-I UCAV)


The Ministry of Defence is considering to allow full Transfer of Technology of the TAPAS BH-201 MALE UAV and Archer armed UAV to private sector companies that are interested in producing these UAVs for the Armed Forces.

Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE) is under pressure from the Ministry of Defence to complete user trials of TAPAS drone by the end of August 2023 while the Archer armed UAV is also in production and four units will be delivered to the Armed Forces to conduct weapon trials.
