The first batch of three MH-60 helicopters contracted by the Indian Navy from the United States are scheduled to arrive by mid-June and the three helicopters are likely to be based in Kochi.

The three helicopters have already been handed over to the Indian Navy last year in the United States and were used for training Indian pilots at US Naval Air Station in San Diego.
