India has released a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) warning over Bay of Bengal for the period between 10th-11thJanuary 2023 and the designated range is 365 kms which is similar to the NOTAM issued in 2022 for a test of 350km range Prithvi-II nuclear capable short range surface to surface ballistic missile.

The Prithvi-II has 500kg warhead carrying capacity and uses an advanced Inertial Guidance System with a maneuvering trajectory to hit its designated target.
