India to offer indigenous weapons to Japan at the upcoming Bilateral Army Exercise

India to offer  indigenous weapons to Japan at the upcoming Bilateral Army Exercise

To capitalize on the recent increase in Defence Budget by Japan, the Indian Army has asked some of the Indian Defence manufacturers to hand over their defence equipment so that they can be displayed in Japan to promote Indian Defence Industry at the upcoming Bilateral Army Exercise starting from 13th February.

The equipment sought by the Indian Army includes Counter Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS), Drones, Man Portable Counter Drone Systems, Unmanned Ground Vehicles, Rifles, Body Armor and Communication systems.
