HAL to roll out Tejas LIFT FTB in 2025 : demonstration to Australia & Egypt underway
LCA Mk-1 Navy Lead-in Fighter Trainer (LIFT) version

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will conduct the rollout of the Tejas LIFT variant in 2025 that will be used for demonstration and trials to meet the requirements of the Indian Air Force.

Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) and Egyptian Air Force officials have also rejected a recent fake news reported by the Eurasian Times in which it ws reported that Australia is not interested in the Tejas-LIFT variant. They are still evaluating Tejas LIFT and they are quite happy with it.

Tejas is also the front runner in the Malaysian tender and the winner will be announced in the month of August this year.
